Shepherd’s Pie with Cauliflower Topping: 2-3 Servings


This dish is classic, hearty, cozy comfort food.

It’s dairy-free and kid-approved! Flavourful ground beef and veggies are topped with light and creamy cauliflower-mashed potatoes. Just pop it in the oven and bake until golden brown and supper is ready for everyone to enjoy!

2-3 servings per casserole

Ingredients: cauliflower, extra-virgin olive oil, onions, celery, garlic, 100% Canadian AAA beef, organic tomato paste, and parsley

Storage: Shepherd’s Pie can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months from the day t was prepared on. Also look for a best before date.

Cooking Instructions

***Can be cooked from frozen OR thawed overnight in the fridge and then baked***


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Remove the lid and place the foil container on a baking sheet.
  3. Place the pie in the oven and allow to bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 74C or 165F. ***Optional: you can top the pie with some cheese in the last 10-15 minutes of baking time***
  4. Once cooked, let it stand for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.
